 In a small group (max. 6 participants), individual steps towards change are explored, trained and reflected upon. The topics range from self-leadership, WE culture and values, to systemic communication, self-care and resilience, to new leadership skills and real team development.
 The positive result is that we take action – and successfully contribute to the changes that we want to see for ourselves and others in our professional environment.
 The frame
 A Change Competence Circle (CCC) is held four times a year to provide a relaxed space and framework for discovering new options for action in everyday working life. The CCC enables the practical fine-tuning of important, everyday change tools through professional support and a supportive working relationship. The CCC lets us put on our "researcher's glasses" and explore, reflect on and optimize personal development opportunities together. Simple. Practical. Solution-focused. ...and with humor.
