PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our websites - systed.eu / coachingpartner.at / rootcoonsulting.at / skipa.at.
As a rule, it is possible to use our websites without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our websites, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam emails.

Contacting us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Use of Google Analytics Our websites (systed.eu/coachingpartner.at/rootconsulting.at/skipa.at) use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please refer to the Google Analytics Terms of Service or the Google Analytics Overview. We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website.
