OUR TASK
We teach sustainable methods and make knowledge tangible so that people can meet the future demands of a rapidly changing society. Our work is aimed at adults who take responsibility for themselves and others. We inspire people who are constantly growing in their professional and social skills and who want to develop self-determined, solution-focused, and systemically appropriate thinking and action.

The purpose of our work is to support
a process of change and growth, the result of which is also economic success—but usually goes far beyond that. Our primary concern: ensuring that people can (once again) live meaningful and value-oriented lives, recognize the precious stones of their personality and learn to utilize them optimally, and are encouraged to align and follow their individual "inner compass."

STANDARDS
Systemic competence is the basis for all teaching and learning at SYSTED. In accordance with our mission statement and our focus on the OPEN SYSTEM MODEL, all of our partners and employees have completed training courses based on the OSM. Leadership is a rapidly changing function, with many, sometimes complex, topics. Therefore, we value the diversity of approaches our trainers use to convey the content. Methods and skills from related areas of systemic thinking and action are very welcome. Authenticity is not only encouraged but also required. The national and international speakers who appear at our events are all experienced implementers of the OSM in their organizations and areas of life. We strive to maintain ongoing communication with the newly established institutes and to support their development as needed, or to create and establish an active network, to learn from and with each other, and to develop further.​
