THE GOAL OF EDUCATION

IS NOT THE KNOWLEDGE,

BUT ACTION.

SYSTEMIC LEADERSHIP

Hierarchical structures where power is usually concentrated in a small group of people in the top of the organisation, used to be the norm in the corporate world. But in today’s complex and interdependent world, these traditional, highly inflexible approaches are becoming increasingly obsolete. We are in the century of maturity, in which every person makes his/her own independent decisions and takes full responsibility for them. This is a shift in paradigm leading to collective intelligence.

Learning is an essential condition not for survival but for striving towards excellence in a constantly changing world. We believe in lifelong learning: continuous learning throughout life, which allows us to act more actively in designing the future.

Learn how the systemic approach and systems thinking leads to a nurturing and supportive environment that empowers team members to achieve their highest potential, explore new possibilities and co-create a new, supportive and meaningful reality.

OPEN YOUR SYSTEM

OPEN SYSTEM MODEL®

The Open System Model views organizations more as dynamic organisms. As living, open systems, they are focused on the well-being of society and derive their mission, values, and purpose from this connection. They engage in a balanced exchange with their environment and become effective through products, projects, and services. People, in their uniqueness and dignity, are at the center of this model.

Developed by Kambiz Poostchi, this model helps to understand organizations in their entirety and synergistic effectiveness. It combines technical, social, and cultural aspects and supports the creation of meaningful and innovative changes. This creates spaces in which people can grow together and act successfully.

FROM THE FRAGMENTED PRESENT TO A SYSTEMIC FUTURE

The features of the current development point towards a transformation of comprehensive character and

global di-

mension. Outdated social structures are dissolving and signs of new, sustainable models are gradually emerging. The patterns of thought and behavior strengthened by tradition and habit, which are at the root of our present-day problems, are incapable of contributing to useful and lasting solutions.

They rather tempt us to continue to see the "old" in the "new" and to trust in "proven responses" that suddenly turn out to be radically wrong. During this transitional phase, old structures are undergoing a gradual process of disintegration, while a new paradigm gains noticeably in strength and influence, and becomes increasingly effective.

A world is emerging that has technologically grown together into a global village. However, at the threshold of a new stage of development, it faces challenges that are systemic in nature and cannot be met with old-fashioned methods and piecemeal thinking. Without the clarity of systemic awareness, there is a feeling of being confused and perplexed, caught up in the symptoms and failing to cope with the order of increasingly complex realities. It takes the power of comprehensive thinking to release the transformative energy, which alone is capable of breaking up solidified forms and of provoking a process of change and crystallization of new system structures. It is a matter of making a joint effort to learn how to integrate the diversity of nations, cultures, religions and economic systems, in the course of an organic transformation process, into a functional wholeness. At the heart of this process of dynamic change is nothing less than humanity in its entirety.

SYSTEMIC THINKING AND ACTION
- The complexity in organizations will be reduced, thereby increasing the visibility of hindering patterns and aggravating causes.

- People and leadership theories have evolved, resulting in completely different perspectives and options for action than just a few years ago.

NEW TIMES - NEW LEADERSHIP
We now know that success is not determined by professional competence alone. In order to leverage the potential of employees and strengthen their inner motivation, today's future-oriented managers need a holistic approach instead of one-dimensional hierarchical thinking.

"Leading and taking responsibility for the whole can take place at all organizational levels. Agile leadership needs stable principles and helpful and future-proof tools."
