Managers are the focus of much of what happens or doesn't happen in their teams. The focus during this sailing week is on the crew on the one hand and the individual crew member on the other.
 Experience leadership in a new way with the help of the sailing yacht as an incorruptible feedback provider. Professionally accompanied by SK!PA / COACH Frank, this week will be a lasting experience with an enormously high level of everyday/practical relevance.

  • DOWN PAYMENT

    When booking, 50% of the price is due as a deposit. The berth will be confirmed in a separate email and "both partial invoices" will be sent.

    > Early check in - 1:00 p.m. (instead of 5:00 p.m.),
    > Dinghy with outboard motor,

  • CREWKASSA

    The crew independently manages the expenses for:
    - anchor, port & buoy fees,
    - Food & Drink, and
    - the diesel consumed.

    Expected contribution approx. 200 - 250.- per person, with "normal" amount of food & drink.

    SK!PA is invited for food and drinks.

  • Tax & Cancellation

    The amount is VAT-free.

    From the terms and conditions:
    Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 8 days after registration. After that, the 50% deposit remains with the organizer. It is possible to bring a replacement person. Registration of the replacement person is still necessary, the deposit already paid will be treated as a discount.
