That's okay, most of the crew members on Leadership Sailing have never been on a sailing ship before. You'll quickly and easily learn how to contribute to the success of maneuvers and how to be safe. You should be able to swim.

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION
SK!PA ships have a clear direction and task that they fulfill.
The SK!PA / COACH gives the crew an insight into the most important key data, behavior on the yacht and basic information about the system culture.
Three days before arrival.
ONBOARDING
In the Marina Punat we get straight down to business: practice throwing the line, make your bunk, adjust the fit of your life jacket, clarify the functions , check supplies, plan the route, get to know the safety features, have another cappuccino and off you go!
Arrival in Punat until 1200 o'clock
SAILING
Sailing as often and as long as possible & makes sense.
Learn and implement crew work. There are countless opportunities on board to identify and work on issues. The SK!PA / COACH is happy to share knowledge and experience with you.
Return Punat Fri - 4:00 pm

Technologically, the world has grown into a global village. Outdated structures are dissolving, and signs of new, sustainable models are gradually emerging. Old structures are undergoing an unstoppable process of disintegration, while a new paradigm is noticeably gaining strength and effectiveness.
Systemic awareness brings clarity to connections, and one doesn't have to remain confused and helpless with symptoms. One can address increasingly complex realities and generate potential.

Ob Dein Team geeignet ist, für die Zeit am Segelschiff, und ob die vorgenommenen Ziele passend sind, klären wir im Vorgespräch.
Schwimmen sollten alle an Bord können.
Offenheit und Abgrenzung geben sich, im beengten Raumangebot eines Segelschiffes, die Hand. Jedes Crewmember logiert in einer Einzelkabine. Daraus ergibt sich eine max. Crewgröße von 5 Personen.
Verantwortung für eine positive Bordkultur, sowie Sauberkeit und respektvollem Umgang mit allen Ressourcen an Bord, tragen alle gemeinsam.
