des Lehrgangs Open System Professional 

​Die Fortbildung vertieft die Fähigkeiten, Symptome in Unternehmen und Organisationen durch die systemische Diagnose zu analysieren, um ihren eigentlichen Ursachen zu finden. Gerade wenn es um die Umsetzung der Prinzipien des Open System Models® geht, ist es besonders wichtig, Lösungsansätze nicht auf der Grundlage der sich aufdrängenden Symptome anzupeilen, sondern zuerst eindeutig die Ursache festzustellen. 

 

Das Arbeiten am Symptom ist nicht nur aufwendig, kostspielig und mühsam, sondern kann die Situation auch verschlimmern. Wenn es gelingt, mittels einer sauberen systemischen Diagnose den Hebel auf der Ebene der zugrundeliegenden Ursache anzusetzen, dann kann man mit relativ geringem Aufwand nachhaltig entscheidendes verändern.

 

Anhand von praktischen Beispielen der Teilnehmer:innen wird die systemische Diagnose geübt. Dabei werden die Systemprinzipien und ihre Verletzungen deutlich und gleichzeitig mögliche Lösungswege erkennbar.​
