GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions of CoachingPartner 4U OG (CP 4U OG) apply to:
“Practice for Systemic Coaching & Supervision”

Registration/Payment

Registration for seminars, courses, and other events is done exclusively via our websites: www.coachingpartner.at, www.systed.eu, www.leadandsail.com

Initial consultations and follow-up appointments can also be arranged by telephone.
The contract is valid as soon as the registration is confirmed by us by telephone, via chat platforms, or by email.

We do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made using the payment options specified in the shop, without exception. All payments are due 14 days before the start of the seminar. The deadline is the date on which we receive payment, so please take the bank transfer time into account.

 

Non-payment

> Payment reminder

Payment terms - immediately upon receipt of the invoice and without deductions. For sailing seminars, 50% of the cost is due upon booking. The remaining payment is as stated on the invoice.
If no payment is made, we will send a payment reminder by email after a reasonable waiting period, with a new payment deadline of 7 days from the date of delivery of the reminder.

> Reminder 1

If the full amount has not been received in our account by the date specified in the payment reminder, we will send the first reminder by email, with a fee of 3% of the invoice amount (minimum €10) and a payment deadline of a further 7 days from delivery of the reminder.

> Reminder 2

If the full amount has not been received in our account by the date specified in the first reminder, we will send a second reminder with a fee of 8% of the invoice amount (minimum €20) and a payment deadline of a further 7 days from the date of delivery of the reminder.

If payment has not been received by the end of this payment period (for the entire amount stated in reminder 2), a debt collection agency will take over further processing. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to bear the costs for this. If a debt collection agency has to be engaged, we will decide whether we will continue to serve the customer.

 

Personal responsibility/health

Participation in events of any kind is always at your own risk. Our customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is complete. If you have any special health conditions, such as heart/circulatory problems, diabetes, lung disease, allergies, etc., you are obliged to disclose this at the time of booking or upon request. We are committed to your health during an event, but we do not assume any responsibility for you.

 

Adventurous nature (for outdoor seminars or executive sailing)
Weather-related or emergency-related changes, delays, restrictions, or cancellations of program items in the program schedule are considered by customers to be possible unforeseeable disruptions and are not understood as event deficiencies. No warranty claims can be derived from this.


Sailing
By accepting the terms and conditions, participants confirm their ability to swim independently for at least 15 minutes without interruption and without aids.

 

Liability

We guarantee the most careful planning and conscientious management of our events. We are liable if, contrary to these principles, personal injury or property damage occurs through our fault. The only exception is liability for slight negligence in the case of property damage. This also applies to third-party services. The upper limit for liability for damages that are not physical injuries is limited to the event price.

 

Disclaimer

We are not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions of our guides/trainers/skippers. The obligation to follow the instructions of our guides/trainers/skippers regarding the proper conduct of the seminar or event and the safety of the participants is an integral part of the contract. Anyone who culpably violates this contractual obligation undertakes to compensate the organizers for all damages resulting therefrom. We are not liable for damage to equipment or loss.

We have no influence on unexpected events, such as natural disasters, etc.  There is no warranty claim for resulting program changes. In the event that such events result in additional costs, it is agreed that the event price will be increased by these costs. This also applies if additional costs arise due to force majeure, official orders, or other reasons.

Photos/videos

Photos and videos depicting seminar/event participants, as well as photos and texts provided to us, are stored in our archive. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, event participants confirm that CoachingPartner 4U OG may use these for advertising purposes without further inquiry, proof of name, or publication fees. We promise to use all media respectfully and appreciatively.

 

Data protection

The use of our websites coachingpartner.at, rootconsulting.at, systed.eu, skipa.at is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our site, this is always done on a voluntary basis.

This data will not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of the person filling out the form.

CoachingPartner 4U OG endeavors to make data transmission as secure as possible. The domains “coachingpartner.at,” “rootconulting.at,” “systed.eu,” and “skipa.at” are equipped with a security certificate. This can be recognized by the letters https:....  This means that your data is transmitted to us in encrypted form, making it impossible for third parties to access it. However, we would also like to point out that data transmission over the Internet can always be subject to security vulnerabilities.

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials.

Please note:

> Registrations are only valid via our websites.
> The number of participants is limited (seminars & courses 15 participants, exceptions determined by the seminar or course management / LEADERSHIPSAILING 4 participants). A fixed place can only be guaranteed after the first payment has been received. Participants are ranked according to the date of receipt of payment.

> Contributions for professional development are VAT-exempt § 6 Abs. I Z II lit.b UStG 1994

 

Cancellations

Sailing:
For all LEAD & SA!L offers, free cancellation is possible up to 8 days after registration. After that, the 50% deposit remains with the organizer. It is possible to bring a replacement person. Registration of the replacement person is still necessary, and the deposit already paid will be treated as a discount.

 

Course: Systemic Leadership
Cancellations up to December 15 of a calendar year are free of charge. For cancellations up to 20 days before the start of the course, we charge 50% of the price. For cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the seminar or course, we charge 90% of the price. Cancellations are no longer possible after this date and 100% of the course fee is due. If the customer cancels the event, no refund can be made. It is generally possible to find a replacement participant.
