We teach sustainable methods and bring knowledge to life so that people can meet the future demands of a rapidly changing society. Our work is aimed at adults who take responsibility for themselves and others. We inspire people who want to continuously develop their professional and social skills and develop self-determined, solution-focused and systemically appropriate thinking and behaviour.

The purpose of our work is to support a process of change and growth, the result of which is economic success — but usually goes far beyond that. Our main concern is to ensure that people can (once again) live meaningful and value-oriented lives, recognise the gems of their personality and learn to make the most of them, and are encouraged to align themselves with and follow their individual "inner compass".

STANDARDS
Systemic competence is the basis for all teaching and learning at SYSTED. In accordance with our mission statement and our focus on the OPEN SYSTEM MODEL, all our partners/employees have completed training courses based on the OSM. Leadership is a rapidly changing function with many, sometimes complex issues. In this respect, we value the diversity of approaches that our trainers use to convey the content. Methods and skills from related areas of systemic thinking and action are very welcome. Authenticity is not only encouraged, but also required. National and international speakers who appear at our events are all experienced implementers of the OSM in their organisations and areas of life. We strive to remain in constant dialogue with the newly established institutes and to support their development as needed, or to create and establish an active network, to learn from and with each other, and to develop further.
