Kambiz Poostchi presented the new edition of his first work, entitled "Traces of the Future – From Systems Thinking to Team Practice".

In a relaxed atmosphere, the author told his spellbound audience about the creation of the book and the current process of social transformation. He also provided insights into his personal life, learning and growth, and used practical examples to illustrate the potential of genuine teamwork.

It quickly became clear that this was about much more than just a trendy title. "Teamwork is not for beginners! First of all, we have to understand what leadership really means, we have to overcome our egos and learn to put ourselves at the service of a greater whole!" he emphasised several times.

As the author read excerpts from his vision of the future, the audience's eyes lit up and gently smiling faces met during the subsequent exchange.

It was a stylish and exciting evening that inspired everyone present.
