Welcome to the exciting world of systemic thinking and action

Organisations are becoming increasingly complex, and  managers need a clear vision. Systemic thinking helps to reduce this complexity – and in doing so reveals invisible patterns and deeper causes that slow down development or prevent success.

Leadership and organisations are undergoing change, and AI is accelerating this process enormously. New insights and modern leadership theories are opening up perspectives and opportunities for action that were unthinkable just a few years ago.

Technical expertise is being replaced in part. This will not be enough to ensure long-term success – we need leadership skills that focus on people. That will not change. If you want to unlock the potential of your employees and strengthen their inner motivation, you need a holistic leadership approach.

 

In the basic seminar, participants gain initial insights into the world of modern leadership:

The Open System Model views organizations more as dynamic organisms. As living, open systems, they are focused on the well-being of society and derive their mission, values, and purpose from this connection. They engage in a balanced exchange with their environment and become effective through products, projects, and services. People, in their uniqueness and dignity, are at the center of this model. Developed by Kambiz Poostchi, this model helps to understand organizations in their entirety and synergistic effectiveness. It combines technical, social, and cultural aspects and supports the creation of meaningful and innovative changes. This creates spaces in which people can grow together and act successfully.

SYSTEMIC LEADERSHIP

Hierarchical structures where power is usually concentrated in a small group of people in the top of the organisation, used to be the norm in the corporate world. But in today’s complex and interdependent world, these traditional, highly inflexible approaches are becoming increasingly obsolete. We are in the century of maturity, in which every person makes his/her own independent decisions and takes full responsibility for them. This is a shift in paradigm leading to collective intelligence. 

Learning is an essential condition not for survival but for striving towards excellence in a constantly changing world. We believe in lifelong learning: continuous learning throughout life, which allows us to act more actively in designing the future.
